The Joy of Serving
One of the greatest Joys in the kingdom of God is to serve
Many who are in the Army of the Lord have sadly chosen to be on reserve
A servant is one that loves to serve others with a want to attitude
They are very excited about the Ministry of Help with much gratitude
Some focused on authority, but Jesus focused on serving
Serving one another is the heartbeat of the Father, even when people are nondeserving
The Ministry of Helps will sometimes require something that you don't want to do
But, God has given that part of the ministry to the church and it depends greatly on you
Serving did not originate or start from man. It began with Jesus sent from the Father above
God will not forget the times that you have given yourself to others in love
The Word of God says, "Whatsoever thy hands findeth to do, do it with thy might.”
This is part of God's plans for your life to encourage you to walk in the light
Jesus is the Head of the Church; and He has set members into the body, and He is well pleased
Each member has been anointed to do the work of the ministry so the will of God can be achieved
To serve with joy is to deny your own desires and your own will of what you want to do
And let God have full access to your will and your thought life, so He can operate effectively through you
David said, "I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord."
Even those who are servants in God's house has the same authority to use the Word of God as a two-edged sword
So, if you have received Jesus as your Lord and Savior then you have that anointing to serve in your God given place
Get out of the stands and get back into the field because God's Army is still active, so with that anointing get back into the race
