Be Alert and Aware
Beware of certain members who start a church without the pastor’s consent
It was their own decision without the pastor’s knowledge for they were not sent
There is always confusion when a church leader does his own thing
Because there was no peace when he left; for the love of God was not seen
Members who walk in the love of God will not bring the pastor harm
Because they refuse to leave with someone who is causing a membership storm
God has spoken many times that His love should always be on display
It’s wrong when members would leave their position just to have their own way
Many will leave and plant seeds against the pastor and bring others into discord
They don’t realize what they are doing is displeasing to the Lord
They will continue to invite church members to join them in their quest
But those who will follow them will be out of God’s will and not be blessed
Members who do such things will always have unrest in ministry
Because it was not God that sent them out; it was them listening to the enemy
They are blinded to the fact that they have been operating out of God’s will
Trying to make things happen even knowing that their ministry is not fulfilled
There are a lot of churches that have been started by using another man’s flock
And the ministry that was started was built on sand and not on solid rock
Always respect and honor the ones’ who have taught and trained you to succeed
They are the ones’ that God called to give you experience to fulfill ministry
If you are under a shepherd, show honor and respect. This is what you do
Never be involved with anyone who will try to take your shepherd away from you
So, if this message has opened your eyes to what you have done in the past
Then by God’s grace ask for forgiveness and go on with God and be free at last
Never associate with those who speak evil of the shepherds that God has given
So, keep the unity together in love for this is the way we should be living
If you are a leader such as a deacon, board member, or any other department head
Stay connected to the local church and to your shepherd, and only be Spirit led
