Do a check-up in your heart and you will always know what to do
When those of whom you love; hurt, criticize and turn their backs on you
Let God's love rise up within you and let the river of His love flow
No matter what they have said, and no matter what they have done, love is the way you should to go
Forgive them, leave it, let it drop, and let it go for this is the law of love
This love can only be done through the Holy Spirit with the Agape kind from God above
Jesus tells us to love our enemies and He tells us how: we bless, do good and pray

God is love and His love have been shed abroad in our heart by the Holy Ghost; so now we have the key
To go forth in faith while overflowing with the love of God to set the captive free
People do not know how much you love them until they see how much you care
Love will always be a doer of the Word, going the extra mile to help those in despair
There is a spirit of hatred trying to get into the Body of Christ throughout the land
For many have entered into it and when love is absent, they are on sinking sand
Faith works by love and love is the fulfilling of the law
And those who refuse to walk in love have forsaken the call
So, God has commanded us to walk in love. It is not a suggestion or a debate
He wants His children to walk in His love so life will be glorious, prosperous and exceedingly great
